This is a 60 min full body workout for all fitness levels. This includes resistance training, cardio, agility, and core training. All exercises can be modified or changed, as needed by an individual.
*** This is the same class/workout as the Warrior class. The (+) at the end only means its a larger class size, with upto 8 clients, where the Warrior class is only up to 6 clients.
